All basketball registration forms MUST be turned in by Wednesday, September 26 at the very latest. The forms were sent via email blast and with the students. If you have not received a registration packet and would like one please contact Carlos Calderon at
Evaluations and practices will begin in early November. There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Monday, October 22 at 7pm. Location TBD. Information regarding evaluations, practices and parent/athletes requirements will be discussed.
Practices and Games: Tournaments may be scheduled for both Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. League games begin November 30th , with the season running through late February or early March depending on playoffs and post season tournaments.
Due with Registration – Make checks payable to ASCS CYO
1. Pay to Play - $130.00
2. Program Fee - $50.00 if not paid with fall sport. One time per year, per family. Allows admittance to all home games for immediate family.
Due at Uniform Distribution:
Uniform Deposit - $80.00 Returned at the end of the season when complete, undamaged uniform is returned.
Forms: Due at Evaluations or First Practice to the Team Manager or Coach:
1. MHSAA Form: - Must include a physical dated on or after April 15th 2012. If physical was completed on another form, it may be stapled to the MHSAA form. Please be sure to complete the other sections of the MHSAA form. All forms are available on the ASCS CYO Website.
2. Parent/Player Contract – If not completed with a fall sport. One time per year, per athlete.
